12 month boneless prosciutto
Culatta is a 12-month aged boneless prosciutto, made from the outside round muscle. We age our culatta in open netting, vs. inside a bladder (which makes it "culatello").
The result is a more savory prosciutto compared with our Pacifico. Pairs perfectly with ripe melon & cheeses.
Available for store or market pickup, or shipping only. Prosciutto is perishable, and is most economical to ship with other items.
